G'day all.

Here we are again with yet another publication. Hope you are not getting sick of the sight of them. Of course the thing to do really is to pay us a visit and see at first hand what is developing. So see you soon!

Anyway, a few 'happenings' -

• a flagpole has been erected with two flags at present - Australian and United Nations.
  
• the deck has been extended to encompass both sides of the steps into the pool.
  
• some of the material for the carport has progressed from the horizontal to the vertical.
  
• the 'planks' at the road entrance have been painted in readiness for the signwriter to do his bit.
  
• and the name Elephant Rock has been registered and we have a certificate as proof of this to hang on a wall somewhere!
